Police in Banbridge are appealing for information following a burglary.

Constable Lisa Young said: “Sometime between 8am and 1pm on Wednesday, 26 August, entry was gained to the rear of a property on Bannview Road. The house was ransacked and a number of items taken.

“We would like to hear from anyone who has information which may assist our investigation.

“We are particularly keen to hear from anyone who noticed a blue Audi car in the area between 8.45am and 10.30am on 26 August. We can be contacted on 101, quoting ref: 525 260815.”
