Rates office applied to wind up Waterside firm
The rates office has applied to the High Court for Waterside-registered firm, Effective Offshore (NI) Ltd. to be wound up, according to a notice newly-published in the Belfast Gazette.
The petition to wind up the company, which has a registered address, of 1 Simpson Brae, Waterside, Londonderry, was presented by the Department of Finance’s Land and Property Services (Rating) on April 13.
The petition is due to be heard on Thursday, June 16.
