Believe it or not, this year we will celebrate the walk’s 30th birthday which, thanks to the support of local walkers, has steadily become one of our most successful fundraising events of the year.

Last year, because of the public’s dedicated support and participation Northern Ireland Hospice was able to raise 200,000, of which 11,500 was raised through the Portstewart walk.

This helped us to care for local adults, children and young people living across Northern Ireland with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses.

This year’s Hospice Walk will be held at Portstewart Strand on Saturday, April 24 from 10am.

So come on, step out for Hospice with your friends and family and make a difference!
