Sponsored walk shows heart
Defibs4kidsni and Lloyds Banking Group will show their heart today (Friday), when they take on their annual 13 mile walk from Lisburn to Belfast.
The walk will be launched by the Mayor of Lisburn at the Civic Centre at 10am and walkers will travel along the tow path and finish at Belfast City Hall where they will be met by the Lord Mayor.
The 30 walkers’ primary aim is to place a Defibrillator in Parkview Special School in Lisburn. The Principal and children from the school will be wishing participants on their way at the Civic Centre.
