Success all round for the Sea Cadets

TWO Larne Sea Cadets are celebrating after winning silver medals in a national contest.

Cadets Abram and McClean took home the prizes from the Sea Cadets five-a-side competition and there was further success when Petty Officer Sloan, also from the Larne unit, brought the junior girls’ Northern Ireland team to a well deserved victory in Wolverhampton.

Able cadets Timmons and Todd also received some excellent news, with their advancement to the rank of leading cadet formalised by area headquarters following an intensive programme.
