‘Talk of the Town’ licence application

THE owners of The Tavern - formerly the Talk of the Town public house in London Street - are to apply for a licence to serve booze at the once popular premises at the Londonderry Recorders Court in the next fortnight.

Keel Enterprises Limited of which Henry Terence Deehan and Mary Deehan are directors has signalled its intention of applying for the grant of a licence for the popular Fountain drinking spot at a sitting of the Londonderry Recorders Court at Magherafelt on February 14.

Solicitors for the applicant have published notice of the intended application under Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (Articles 2,5(1)(a),7,9 and Schedule 1).
