Section of Whitehead road closed for resurfacing works

The road closure, which commenced at 7am today (Thursday, October 22), is operating from Beach Road to Kings Road.

A Department for Infrastructure (DfI) spokesperson said: “The closure is required daily for resurfacing works.”

The work is being carried out by a DfI Roads contractor.

Road users are advised to expect an estimated delay of up to five minutes.

The work is set to be completed by 6pm on Tuesday, October 27.
