Pseudomonas hiked pressure
THE increased work required in the aftermath of the Pseudomonas outbreak at Altnagelvin in early 2012 put pressure on Infection Prevention and Control nurses.
A recent meeting of the Western Trust board was advised of the impact. The IPC team was also reduced in 2012.
