Watch: Miss NI heats at Secrets nightclub in Magherafelt

A glamorous evening was held at Secrets Nightclub, Magherafelt for the Therapie Miss Northern Ireland heat to see which beauty would take home the sash and title of Miss Secrets 2015 and Miss Magherafelt 2015.

The night began with guests enjoying samples of Myx Fusions , a chilled Moscato favoured my pop diva Nicki Minaj before the 20 girls took to the stage to chat to host Thomas Niblock to woo the judges with their talents, style and beauty.

A tough decision was made by the astute judging panel, which included Mark Shortt, from Therapie the title sponsor of this year’s competition, Henry Mc Glone, proprietor at Secrets Nightclub, Joleen Stewart from ACA Models and the lady with the crown all the ladies want, Miss Northern Ireland 2014 Rebekah Shirley.

Watch: Miss Northern Ireland heats at Sense nightclub in CookstownGirls from across the country attended the penultimate heat for the competition with the hope of securing a place at the Gala final being held in Belfast at the Europa on 11th May!

Speaking on the night, Mark Shortt said: “It has been a great night in a fantastic venue and all the girls look beautiful. We have had a very tough decision tonight in choosing our top two girls as the selection of girls here are all at such a high standard.”

Following great discussion and deliberations the final two girls were revealed! With applause and admiration from the audience Miss Magherafelt, Emer Stinson an 18 year old student from Newbridge and Miss Secrets, Nicola Britton, a 20 year old part-time student from Moneymore were presented with their sashes. Speaking after handing over the all important envelope with the winners details, Henry Mc Glone wished the finalists luck: “Congratulations to our two finalists tonight, I look forward to seeing both girls going far in the gala final in May representing Magherafelt and Secrets Nightclub.

“The atmosphere in the club was great tonight and it was great to see all the girls taking part.”

The night ended with DJ S.E.M playing music late into the night while the girls enjoyed getting to know each other before preparing for the Therapie Miss Northern Ireland final on 11th May. For details and tickets for the gala final visit www.missnorthernireland.co.uk
