Windows broken

POLICE are appealing for information after windows were damaged to a tractor located on business premises on Moneyleck Road, Rasharkin.

Police received the call on September 22 and attended the scene. They discovered the perimeter fence had been cut, the window of a digger smashed and attempted entry into a trailer unit.

Anyone with information should contact the police at Ballymoney station.

Alleged hit and run

POLICE are appealing for information after a report of a hit and run to a cyclist on the Kirk Road, Newhill.

Officers received the call on September 22 from a man who explained he had been knocked off his bike and left unconscious and with a fractured right wrist the previous Monday afternoon.

Tyres punctured

Police are investigating following a report of three punctured tyres to two cars at Millincet Road, Balnamore.

The incident was reported by the occupants on September 23.

Petrol bomb failed

POLICE in Ballymoney have expressed concern after a petrol bomb was discovered in a car.

Officers were alerted to the incident on September 24 following a report of damage caused to the passenger window of a car in Queen Street, Glebe.

Police attended the scene and discovered a petrol bomb in the car which had failed to ignite.

Van stolen

Police are investigating following the theft of a white transit pick up stolen from business premises on Ballymena Road, Ballymoney.

The incident was reported on September 24 however the vehicle was recovered on the Lisboy Road/Kilraughts Road.

Police at the scene confirmed the incident was a burglary.
