Christie shines in Scotland
Bready cyclist, Marcus Christie produced a superb display to finish 13th in the Men’s Individual Time Trial in a time of 52:12:56.
The event, which goes along a hilly 40 km course across the countryside of North Lanarkshire and East Dumbartonshire before descending back through the East End to finish at Glasgow Green, was won by three times British champion, England’s Alex Dowsett 47:41:78.
Christie goes again in the 4,00m Individual pursuit on Sunday.
