Don’t let the gates close on your Walled City Marathon entry

It may well be over seven months until the 2016 Walled City Marathon, scheduled for Sunday 5th of June next year, but since registration opened last week there has been a phenomenal response.

So much so that event organisers are urging all would be participants to get online and sign up as soon as possible. With only 1,500 places available, it’ll be first come first served to guarantee a spot.

WCM organisers have noticed that visiting athletes have been quick off the mark to sign up and are now urging local runners to follow suit.

In previous years some runners have put off entering until the last minute, some even trying to register just days before the race starts.
