Under-16s are pick of the bunch of Northend sides in weekend action
Tony Shaw’s team were in scintillating form in their 5-1 win over Newry side Ballybot Cetic.
Elsewhere in the Lisburn Youth League it was a great day for the Northend teams with no less than four of them recording good wins. Joe Kidd’s U11s lead the way with a comfortable 11-0 win over Oxford Sunnyside.

Davy Wylie’s U13 team’s great form continued against Lisburn Distillery, winning 4-0, while the U14s again played some good football in their match against Downpatrick but inexperience still lets them down.
