“I really can’t explain what happened at the start of the second half,” Taylor told Times Sport.

“We were disappointed to be going in 2-1 down at half time.

“I felt we started the game well but slipped a bit after conceding the two goals.

“Johnny Stewart’s goal gave us some belief again and we kicked on from that.

“I said to the lads at the break that we just needed to keep doing more of the same.

“I felt the pace we had from the likes of Ryan Doherty, Chrissie Hanson and David McClements was hurting Tobermore.

“I was confident that we could go on and get something out of the game.

“But within 15 minutes of the restart we were 5-1 down and the game was over.

“Mistakes are killing us, it was the same on Saturday, some of the goals we conceded were very poor and we have to stop it.”
