Local ladies through to final

The Edenmore ladies Junior Foursomes played the semi final of the Private Home Care Championships Inter-club match at Dungannon Golf Club on Friday August 15 against Newtownstewart ladies.

The weather was good and the course was in great condition. All the matches were very tight and the standard of play was excellent from all with the Edenmore ladies taking the honours.

The first pairing out were Cherry Logan & Victoria Hannon winning 1 up. Next out was Lady Captain Louise Gaw & Colleen Hanna who lost their game 4&3.

Third pairings were Gillian Murphy and Stephanie Watson winning a great game 6&5.

Congratulations and many thanks to all the ladies for playing brilliant game of golf.

Now they look forward to the final at Rockmount Golf Club tomorrow (Saturday).
