Minor pool gala and Aquasprints finals for Ballymoney Swimming Club

Ballymoney Swimming Club minor pool gala took place on Saturday evening at the Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre.

All swimmers took part in two races - swimming on their back and front.

A presentation was made to Julie, Minor Pool Head Coach to thank her for her continued commitment and dedication throughout the season.

Ballymoney Swimming Club junior team travelled to Larne on Friday night to take part in the Forest Feasts Aquasprints Finals. Their opponents were Lurgan and Portadown. There were some great races right from the very start and with great support from the travelling crowd Ballymoney had some fantastic swims - 15 first places and a number of personal best times. Final scores were Portadown 326, Ballymoney 260 and Lurgan 250. The team remain in the same division again for next year.
