Paralympian McKillopcoming to Ballymoney
Triple Gold Paralympic athlete, Michael McKillop, is joining Pedal On UK for a 52 mile bike ride from Ballymoney to Belfast to celebrate the completion of a huge network of walking and cycling routes and to encourage local people to use them.
Starting at Riverside Park in Ballymoney on Friday 30 August, Michael and 20 other volunteers will cycle along the National Cycle Network towards Belfast. Members of the public can join in by cycling to Riverside Park in the morning to wave off the cyclists and enjoy a free bike breakfast. Once the Pedal On UK cyclists have departed, members of the public can take part in a short community bike ride, and also take advantage of a free bike check.
